Explore this idea by visualising your core energy, your inner being, your spark of life flooding with light, love and warmth all your organs, all your body parts all of you and extending even further into your auric field, form an energetic sphere around you and your loved ones…

Use the symbol reversed or crossed out as a cutting cord sigil/ritual.

Tip: cutting cords ritual is not limited to an energetic connection between two individuals, can be representative to energy connections between groups, places, residual energies too…

For example, if you lived since childhood for many years in a place and after 20s you moved to another place and from time to time you have dreams about the place you spent your childhood and teenage years, there’s residual energy cord between you and that place…. the anchor is, yes, your residual energy empowered by memories (be they good or bad, trauma, emotions… so on)

How to use?

Optional. Can be engraved, carved, as a talisman or tattooed.

In meditative state and with a grounding process before starting the meditative state.

Find a quiet place, look at the symbol, set an intention to activate your awareness and (this is the most important part) … shut up, keep quiet, be aware of your surroundings, with eyes closed… don’t chase thoughts and ideas, keep yourself centered… use breath to focus and come back to your center.
