Failed Sigil for weight loss

[edit | edit source]

The Logic

[edit | edit source]

Avoid using sigils you don't know much about.

Avoid drawing or tattoo sigils if not done with correct intention.

Sigils on skin (either permanent/temporary tattoos or drawings) are creating portals, as a skilled practitioner of Sigil Magic you should know that by now.

Tribal tattoos, maori tattoos, rune tattoos, Yakuza ... all tattoos and drawings on body become portals to either convey a message or draw energy from - russian mob ink... jail ink, gang or other type of organisation's ink is creating a cord and a portal to that egregore type of energy.

The Context

[edit | edit source]

Weight loss is a big issue for some individuals and the energy behind often emerges from all sorts of negative based beliefs.

Emotional Wounds and Negative Beliefs Contributing to Weight Loss Challenges

[edit | edit source]

Weight loss journeys are often deeply intertwined with our emotional well-being and ingrained beliefs. Many individuals struggle not just with diet and exercise, but with a complex web of emotional wounds and negative self-perceptions that undermine their efforts.

These underlying issues can manifest as a lack of self-respect, low self-confidence, and a feeling of being stuck in a cycle they can't break.

Here's a list of emotional wounds and negative beliefs that often fuel these struggles:

Core Emotional Wounds:

  • Abandonment:
    • Fear of being left or rejected, leading to emotional eating for comfort or to fill a void.
    • Belief that one isn't worthy of consistent love or care.
  • Rejection:
    • Feeling unwanted or undesirable, which can lead to self-sabotage or avoiding situations where one might feel judged.
    • Internalized belief: "I am not good enough to be accepted as I am."
  • Betrayal/Trust Issues:
    • Past experiences of being let down or deceived, leading to a lack of trust in oneself or others (e.g., trusting diet plans or personal trainers).
    • Belief that efforts will ultimately be futile or that others will eventually disappoint them.
  • Injustice:
    • Feeling unfairly treated or that life isn't fair, which can lead to resentment and a feeling of powerlessness over one's body or circumstances.
    • Belief: "It's not my fault, and I can't change it."
  • Humiliation/Shame:
    • Experiences of being ridiculed or shamed for one's appearance, weight, or eating habits.
    • Internalized shame: "My body is disgusting," or "I am a failure because of my weight."
    • Belief that one is inherently flawed or unworthy of love and respect due to their physical appearance.

Negative Beliefs About Self-Worth and Identity:

  • "I am not worthy of love/happiness/success at my current weight." This often leads to delaying self-care until a certain weight is reached.
  • "My value is determined by my appearance/size." This creates immense pressure and anxiety around body image.
  • "I am inherently unlovable/undesirable because of my weight." This can lead to isolation and a lack of motivation to engage in social activities.
  • "I don't deserve good things/health/happiness." This can stem from a deep-seated feeling of unworthiness.
  • "I am weak-willed/lack discipline." This self-judgment can lead to cycles of self-blame and giving up.
  • "I am not in control of my body/eating habits." This fosters a sense of helplessness and resignation.
  • "It's too late for me to change." This belief can prevent individuals from even starting a journey or continuing after setbacks.
  • "I am a failure if I don't reach my goal weight." This all-or-nothing thinking can lead to extreme diets and subsequent rebound weight gain.
  • "People will judge me no matter what." This can lead to social anxiety and avoiding situations that might promote healthy habits (e.g., going to the gym).
  • "I am my weight/my body." This complete identification with their physical form, rather than seeing themselves as a whole person, can be crippling.

Negative Beliefs About Food and Eating:

  • "Food is my only comfort/friend." This uses food as an emotional coping mechanism rather than for nourishment.
  • "I have to eat everything on my plate." Often learned in childhood, this can lead to overeating.
  • "I deserve to treat myself with food." While treats are fine in moderation, this belief can justify excessive consumption as a reward or coping mechanism.
  • "Eating healthy is restrictive/boring." This makes the process feel like a punishment rather than a positive choice.
  • "If I start eating, I can't stop." This can lead to a fear of certain foods or extreme restriction.

Dascent - After a quick energetic scan, the individual who used a sigil for weight loss and now experiencing an unpleasant situation, through the power of their own belief, they created an energetic parasite feeding with their unhealed emotional trauma.

Dascent - This is how powerful you are. Basically your "negative energy" created a parasite which you "instructed" to feed on your energy. The thing is, because of the emotional state this reflects into physical body.

The negative energy of the parasite is ... in a sense, obeying your command yet feeding with (clusters), deep wounds in shame, discontent with your looks, lack of self appreciation, lack of self-trust.

How to fix the physical body

[edit | edit source]

Consult a doctor. We always go with mundane first for mundane issues.

A more holistic and scientific approach is alchemy and transmutation.

Salt, water, lemon juice. Electrolytes from salt is going to restore the balance in your fluids, flushes the nervous system where this creation is latched. Lemon juice helps as it is a natural detox.

I do not recommend this if you have issues with gastritis.

(individual has not eaten for 4 days as they explain) -- As for not eating, it is ok.

Today, it is a trend called fasting... ancient egyptians had a few methods and many other cultures still have, most popular being seyami (coptic christians) or "siyam" (fasting in Arabic, particularly for Ramadan).

The human body is incredibly adaptable, and during fasting, it goes through several metabolic shifts to conserve energy and find fuel. The concept of the body "consuming itself" generally refers to the breakdown of muscle protein for energy, which is a later stage of prolonged fasting or starvation.

Here's a breakdown of the typical timeline of energy use during fasting:

  1. 0-4 hours (Fed State): The body uses glucose from your last meal as its primary energy source. Blood sugar and insulin levels are higher.
  2. 4-12 hours (Post-Absorptive/Early Fasting): As blood glucose drops, the body starts to break down glycogen (stored glucose) in the liver and muscles to maintain blood sugar levels. This is a readily available, short-term energy reserve.
  3. 12-24 hours (Gluconeogenesis/Fat Burning Begins): Glycogen stores become significantly depleted. The body begins to shift towards using fat for energy. Your liver starts to produce new glucose (gluconeogenesis) from components like glycerol (from fat) and a small amount of amino acids (from protein). At this point, the body is increasingly turning to fat for fuel, and your liver will start converting fatty acids into ketones, an alternative energy source that the brain and other organs can use. Autophagy (cellular cleanup and recycling) can also begin to be activated around 12-16 hours.
  4. 24 hours and beyond (Ketosis/Sustained Fat Burning): The body is now primarily relying on fat for energy, and ketone production increases. Ketones become a major fuel source for the brain, significantly reducing its need for glucose and helping to preserve muscle tissue. Autophagy continues and can reach peak levels between 24-72 hours.
  5. Longer Fasts (typically several days to weeks):
    • Protein Conservation Phase: The body prioritizes preserving muscle mass by relying heavily on fat and ketones. It will use a small amount of protein for gluconeogenesis, often from damaged or unnecessary proteins through autophagy, rather than immediately breaking down healthy muscle.
    • Significant Muscle Breakdown (Starvation): True "consumption of itself" in terms of significant muscle breakdown occurs when fat reserves become severely depleted. At this point, the body has no other substantial energy source and is forced to break down protein from muscle and other tissues to produce glucose for essential functions. This is a sign of severe starvation and is not the goal or a healthy outcome of controlled fasting.

Key Takeaways:

  • Autophagy starts relatively early: Cellular cleanup processes (autophagy) can begin around 12-16 hours and become more significant after 24-48 hours.
  • Fat burning is primary: The body primarily switches to burning fat for energy after glycogen stores are depleted, which is typically within 12-24 hours.
  • Significant muscle breakdown is a late stage: Your body is remarkably good at preserving muscle during shorter fasts. Significant muscle breakdown for energy is a sign of prolonged, extreme starvation, usually occurring after weeks without food when fat stores are exhausted.
  • Fasting vs. Starvation: It's important to differentiate between controlled fasting and starvation. Fasting is a voluntary, temporary abstinence from food, often for health benefits, where the body is designed to efficiently utilize its stored energy. Starvation is an involuntary, prolonged lack of food that leads to severe physiological damage and eventually death.

Avoid

[edit | edit source]
  • Try to avoid sigils made by others. Yes your intention matters but sigils can hack your energy because it can create cords you don't know nothing about and you keep feeding those cords because you are... "wounded" and vulnerable.
  • Try to avoid permanent tattoo sigils unless you know exactly what the intention behind is, the power, the energy, the cord, the outcome. When it comes to TikTok and YouTube materials, sigils you seen done by others, keep your skepticism, ask, do research rather than activating something you might get surprised about.
  • Learn how to appropriate symbols and energies in a meaningful and positive way.
  • Avoid practicing any type of magic when you are not in a positive state.
